We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, happy to work as part of a team or on their own initiative. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel and bedrooms, to ensure all areas are cleaned to a very high standard. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.

Weekend Housekeeper

For Saturday & Sunday staff 9am – 3pm

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, happy to work as part of a team or on their own initiative.

As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel and bedrooms. To ensure all areas are cleaned to a very high standard.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.

General Housekeeping – Working 5 days out of 7

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, happy to work as part of a team or on their own initiative. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel and bedrooms, to ensure all areas are cleaned to a very high standard. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.

Junior Sous Chef

The Villa Wrea Green is seeking to appoint an experienced and skilled Junior Sous Chef to fulfil a role within our busy banqueting kitchen. You must be passionate about completely exuding hospitality and aim to provide exceptional customer service.

The Villa is an award-winning 4-star hotel with a 2 AA Rosetted Restaurant who are committed to using the finest of ingredients and local produce along with quality branded refreshments and delivering a high standard to all of our guests and customers.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production

• Ensure effective stock purchase and storage

• Ensure that working areas are always kept clean

• Give appropriate support or guidance to members of kitchen when the need arises

• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size, and temperature

• Ensure proper arrangement and garnishing of food

• Have experience working within a banqueting kitchen

• Have the ability to work well under pressure

• Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH essential

HOUSEKEEPING POSITIONS – IMMEDIATE STARTS

To ensure all areas, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, adhere to the hotel’s high hygiene standard.
– To understand the importance of cleanliness on customer satisfaction.
– To have the ability to work well in a team as well as using own initiative.
– To have a keen eye for detail.
– To be hard working and have the ability to work to deadlines.
– Must be flexible and able to work weekends, bank holidays shifts on a weekly rota basis.
– Must be able to lift items and change beds on a daily basis.
– Work experience preferred but not essential as training will be given!
